Construction/Alterations

Getting ready to perform construction or alterations within your space?  Here are a couple of things to keep in mind before you begin.

  • Tenants must receive prior approval from Building Management before undertaking any remodeling in their premises.
  • All contractors used in such work must be licensed, bonded & insured. Before any work begins.
  • Tenants must furnish to Building Management all drawings and specifications for review and approval.
