Construction/Alterations

Getting ready to perform construction or alterations within your space? Here are a couple of things to keep in mind before you begin.

Tenants must receive prior approval from Building Management before undertaking any remodeling in their premises.
All contractors used in such work must be licensed, bonded & insured. Before any work begins.
Tenants must furnish to Building Management all drawings and specifications for review and approval.
