Recycling/Trash Removal

Trash removal and recycling services are provided by the building’s waste hauler, Waste Management, and is accessible in the alley.

Tenants are responsible for removing recycling and trash from your spaces and placing the in the appropriate receptacle in the alley.

Service Elevator

One (1) service elevator is located on the south side of the building and is available for tenant, vendor, and contractor use.

Janitorial Services

Janitorial services are provided on a daily basis in accordance with your lease for all building common areas, including the building common restrooms located on the 2nd floor.

Tenants are responsible for Janitorial Services within your own space.

Engineering Services

65 Oak Street LLC staff the building with Local 399 Engineers that can be contacted via the Work Order System. For emergent engineering services, please reach out to the Office of the Building at 65oakstreet@am.jll.com or (312) 252-6320.

Signage

Common Area signage is located through-out the common areas of the building per code.

Tenant signage that is facing the exterior of the building (Oak Street) needs to be approved by the Landlord as a lease obligation. Please contact 65oakstreet@am.jll.com with any signage inquiries.

Building Storage

Interested in renting storage space within the building. Please contact 65oakstreet@am.jll.com to inquire about any availabilities.
